In human nature, nothing is accidental. One impulse gives birth to another, and a single glance can change the course of an entire day. Within us lies an inner instinct—something older than ourselves, something that knows. It guides us like the echo of an ancient voice—sometimes a whisper, sometimes a scream. At times, we are in harmony with it—then every decision flows like breath. And sometimes—too dazed by the noise – we lose that signal and walk against the wind, not knowing why.
I
Sometimes the smallest movement is enough—a tremor of the hand, a breath in a different rhythm. The human body remembers more than the mind has managed to forget. How not to fight for an effect, but to trust what is true—what flows from within, from the muscles, from emotions. How not to strike a sound, but allow it to pass through us, as if it were the one dancing us. How to draw closer to another person without touch—through presence, attention, the tenderness of a gaze. How to stop pretending that the stage is a theatre—and simply be. For in human nature lies movement, connection, and the desire to be seen… even if only by oneself.
