Living the Schatz Life

Fine Kroke and Alexandra Entenmann

GERMANY

As social debates grow louder and positions harden, the performers turn their gaze to the smallest battlefield of human coexistence: the couple. Where intimacy and conflict intertwine, the question arises of what remains after you’ve fought down to the flesh, loved to perfection, and theoretically done everything right. Topics such as polyamory, egocentrism, and sustainability are humorously dissected—both verbally and physically—in this queer physical-theatre duo. Like Sisyphus, Schatz&Schatz realise again and again: all they really wanted was to fuck—yet they find themselves trapped in an endless cycle of conflict, passion, and the desire to work each other over—literally.

Peformance and Creation: Alexandra Entenmann and Fine Kroke

FINE KROKE AND ALEXANDRA ENTENMANN

The collective Schatz&Schatz GbR, consisting of Fine and Alexandra, combines physical theatre, contemporary circus, and comedy into a physically precise and stylistically playful stage language. Their work focuses on the visibility of strong, comedic queer duos.
Through humor, slapstick, and contemporary clowning, they engage with social issues, question gender clichés, and experiment with stereotypes, playfully redefining them.
Both studied Physical Theatre at Folkwang University of the Arts (2022-2026). Alexandra brings experience from circus and theatre, while Fine contributes a background in dance, film, and acting.
