During the workshop, we will engage in a training that includes exercises aimed at deep listening to the body and its dynamics. The intention is to activate a body that is ready and attentive, open and silent, with the aim of exploring movement through heightened sensory awareness. We will work on principles of attention and concentration, silence, and apperception, seeking to interrogate our senses in order to foster a relationship between ourselves and the space we inhabit. This practice will also facilitate openness to perceptions and encourage the emergence of vibrant, constantly moving and permeated bodies. In a second phase, we will focus on studying choreographic scores to test and apply the tools and experiences acquired during the earlier exercises.
