Folk Songs

Alessandro Pennisi

Traditional folk songs intertwine, giving life to a dense counterpoint. Three figures connect virtually, sharing the evocative spaces of Viagrande Studios in a contrast between natural environments and the theatrical stage that generates intimate atmospheres and new connections. Playing with Luciano Berio’s “Folk Songs”, rearranged by Roberto Carnevale, ancient traditions thus acquire a new, vibrant lifeblood.
