Hadi Moussally is a Lebanese filmmaker born in 1987. He studied film direction and documentary/anthropological film in France, blending aesthetics with observational realism. Since 2012, he has focused on experimental films, earning awards at international festivals. In 2015, he founded H7O7 to promote hybrid works across genres. His project Positive on albinism was exhibited at UNESCO, Paris City Hall, and Beirut Art Fair. In 2020, he launched ‘Hybrid Wave’, a global collective of hybrid artists.

In 2021, he founded his company vanholzers and was named one of the top 10 artists to watch by Fila Zero. His debut piece desire de paragüas received the Premio Fundación AISGE and the dantzaZ award. In 2023, he returned to Austria with a critically acclaimed “Best of” program at tanztage23. His latest work, the film The Truth is in the Details, won Best Cinematography at the Sarajevo Fashion Film Festival.
